What is Stree Sense?
An AI health companion built exclusively for women, in the language of women who have been there. She reads your cycle, your sleep, your mood, your wearables, your stage of life, and writes back to you about your body the way an older sister would.
Why does Stree Sense exist?
Women have been the most consistently overlooked population in modern medicine. Most apps treat the female body as a calendar to fill in. We are building the one that reads the calendar, the wearables, the journal, and the body underneath all of them, and explains what it is seeing.
Who is it for?
Any woman who wants to understand her own body. Not only the woman in perimenopause. The girl in her first cycle. The woman in her thirties wondering why her sleep changed. The woman who has been told her bloodwork is normal and is sure it is not. Stree Sense is for the long arc of a woman's body, not one phase of it.
Is it a period tracker?
No. Period tracking is a small part of what she does. Stree Sense connects your cycle to your sleep, your mood, your wearables, your supplements, and your medical context. She writes you a letter about the whole picture, not a graph about one part of it.
Where does the medical information come from?
Peer-reviewed research, clinical guidelines, and the published work of women's health specialists. We cite our sources. We tell you what is well established, what is emerging, and what is still contested. We do not invent.
Is it a replacement for my doctor?
No. Stree Sense is a companion, not a clinician. She helps you notice what your body is doing, helps you walk into an appointment with the right questions, and helps you carry context between visits. The decisions remain yours and your doctor's.
What happens to my data?
